This policy applies to all B2B wholesale and sample orders on carsou.com.
1. No Unreasonable Returns
We do not support unreasonable returns such as dislike, model incompatibility or local unusable reasons. All B2B transactions follow mutual negotiation rules.
2. Quality Issues
For confirmed factory quality problems, replacement or partial refund solutions will be negotiated mutually.
3. Man-made Damage
Products damaged by improper installation, disassembly, modification or water damage are not eligible for return or warranty.
4. Shipping Cost
All international return shipping costs shall be negotiated according to the liability of both parties.
5. Refund Confirmation
No automatic refund will be granted. All refund requests must be confirmed in writing by our team.
