This Shipping Policy applies to all B2B orders and wholesale transactions on carsou.com.
1. Order & Delivery Arrangement
Production time, shipping method and delivery schedule will be confirmed through mutual negotiation between both parties for all sample and bulk orders.
2. Customs & Duties
Import duties, taxes and clearance fees can be separately arranged and confirmed in writing based on mutually agreed shipping terms. Unless otherwise negotiated and confirmed, all import, customs clearance and local regulatory related expenses shall be borne by the buyer.
3. Delivery Time
All stated delivery times are estimated for reference only. We shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by logistics arrangements, customs inspection, port restrictions or other force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
4. Wrong Information & Refusal
Buyers shall ensure the accuracy of shipping information provided. All related losses and additional freight costs arising from incorrect shipping address, incomplete information or buyer’s refusal of delivery shall be borne by the buyer.
